Background
I'm a framework developer and systems thinker with a background in product strategy and decision architecture. I've spent years studying how teams make complex decisions, and I've adapted those patterns for the AI era.
The Council framework emerged from my own frustration with getting shallow or one-sided advice from AI. By assigning specific roles to different models and creating a structured process, I found I could get dramatically better insights.
